Richard Smith, widely known as “Keto-Pro,” is a nutritionist, professional athlete, and British bodybuilding champion. At 33, Richard faced severe health challenges, including Type II diabetes, obesity with nearly 60% body fat, debilitating migraines, chronic fatigue, depression, and anxiety.
